"Visited July 28 and August 5 2025 – Days 25 and 33 in India We have been touring all over India, traveling with our wonderful five and seven year old daughters. They have spent countless hours in the car, whether it was driving through Delhi, Kerala, Mumbai, Ladakh, Jim Corbett National Park, Agra, Amritsar, Kalimpong or Darjeeling. Sightseeing is great and enriching, but I really wanted them to have time to just be kids and enjoy something created just for them. So when I saw Fun City at DLF Mall of India, I knew right away it was the perfect place to take them. We ended up visiting twice, on two different days, and both visits were filled with joy and energy. They absolutely loved the soft play area. Since my five year old didn’t meet the height requirement to go in alone, I went in with her. It turned into such a sweet experience—just the two of us jumping, crawling through tunnels, sliding, and exploring the space together. Both girls made friends right away and played nonstop for over two hours each time. It was heartwarming to see them so happy and carefree. A little note to fellow parents—carry socks for your kids. I forgot both times, and had to run to the store right across from Fun City to buy them socks so they could enter the play area. Lesson learned. After the indoor play, their dad joined us and they got to enjoy all the rides outside. We bought the ₹3600 package both times and it was absolutely worth it. It gave them access to so many games and rides, and they were thrilled. Their laughter, big smiles, and constant excitement said it all. Thank you to the team at Fun City for creating such a joyful and safe space for children. In the middle of a packed travel itinerary, this was a gift for our girls. Five stars without a doubt."

"Had a rather funny not funny encounter at the Play Area in Funcity, Mall of India. Apparently, if your toddler is of shorter height, they must be accompanied by a female adult only. Now, what if the kid comes with just their dad? Do we summon a fairy godmother on the spot? Come on guys, it’s 2025, parenting isn’t gender-specific. Dads can handle slides, swings, and sugar rushes too. Time to update the rules (and the mindset)."

"Fun City at DLF Noida is not following fair trade practices in win games. Mostly all claws are kept loose and the toys are tightly packed so that there is no chance of winning. Spoils the mood of entertainment. Disappointed!"

"We visited Fun City as a family with 2 kids and 4 adults, and it was a really enjoyable experience. There is a good variety of games for children, and even the adults had a lot of fun. We played multiple games, all of which were well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and safety was handled properly, which is very reassuring for parents. The overall atmosphere was lively, fun, and family-friendly. It’s a perfect place for a weekend outing or family time."

"High rates have become a norm here.. but that's subjective and not my major concern .. Major concern is false notice accounting to cheat.. in basketball game it's written score 50 points for a Bonus round.. my kids score less that 50 for 1 round but in next round they scored 61... But no bonus round... When staff was asked he said... Aise hi likha hai bonus round nahin milta kisiko.. I said likha kyu hai phir he ignored and went away... This really proved the intentions of Management.. not to earn fair but earn more thru cheating.."
